Senior BIM Modeller — Architectural
We're looking for an experienced Revit Architecture modeller to work on high-quality BIM projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You'll produce LOD 300–400 models and GFC documentation to tight deadlines.
Requirements
- —3+ years Revit Architecture modelling experience
- —Confident working with LOD 300–400
- —Experience producing GFC drawing sets
- —Excellent understanding of construction detailing
- —Comfortable working remotely and meeting milestones
MEP BIM Coordinator
We're seeking an experienced MEP BIM specialist to model and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services in Revit MEP — and run clash detection in Navisworks across multi-discipline projects.
Requirements
- —3+ years Revit MEP modelling experience
- —Proficient in Navisworks clash detection
- —Experience across HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical
- —Understanding of spatial coordination principles
- —Ability to produce clear BCF clash reports
Structural BIM Modeller
Experienced structural BIM modeller needed for RC and steel framing modelling on commercial and residential projects. Rebar modelling experience is a strong plus.
Requirements
- —2+ years Revit Structure experience
- —RC concrete and structural steel framing
- —Familiarity with rebar modelling and bar schedules
- —Good understanding of structural connection detailing
- —Proactive communicator with good documentation habits
BIM Project Coordinator
A project-facing coordinator role managing BIM deliverables, client communication, and team scheduling across multiple active projects. Experience with ISO 19650 and BEP management is highly desirable.
Requirements
- —2+ years BIM coordination or project management experience
- —Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans
- —Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- —Strong communication and organisation skills
- —Ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
