Overview

Our Architectural BIM service covers the full design lifecycle — from early massing and spatial studies through to detailed, construction-ready documentation. We build in Revit with coordination in mind, structuring every model so it can be federated with structural and MEP disciplines from day one.

We model all architectural elements to your specified LOD — walls, floors, roofs, façades, stairs, interiors, and schedules — applying correct parameters, materials, and family data throughout. Every deliverable supports both documentation and downstream coordination.

Whether you need a model built from scratch, an existing model enhanced, or a design translated from 2D drawings into a coordinated 3D BIM model, we have the capability and experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

Capabilities

Architectural elements and systems we model.

Space Planning & Massing

Early-stage massing models and space layout studies to inform design decisions, area scheduling, and project feasibility.

Walls, Floors & Roofs

Full architectural fabric modelling — composite wall systems, floor build-ups, roof types, and rain-screen cladding with correct parameters and materials.

Doors, Windows & Curtain Walls

Parametric door and window families with schedules, curtain wall systems with panel and mullion types — all coordinated with the structural model.

Stairs, Ramps & Circulation

Stairs, ramps, handrails, and balustrades modelled with compliant geometry and the correct parameters for documentation and code checking.

Interior Fit-Out

Ceiling systems, partitioning, joinery, and FF&E modelled in context to support interior design documentation and coordination with services.

Façade & Envelope

Complex façade systems modelled in detail — including unitised curtain walls, rainscreen panels, louvres, and external shading elements.

Our Process

From design brief to coordinated construction documentation.

01

Design Brief Review

We study the design intent, planning documents, and reference drawings to understand the full architectural scope before modelling begins.

02

Model Setup

Project template, grid, levels, and shared coordinates are established. Naming conventions and model structure are aligned to the BEP.

03

Architectural Modelling

All architectural elements are modelled progressively — from base build to fit-out — with internal QA checks against the agreed LOD at each stage.

04

Coordination

The architectural model is coordinated against the structural and MEP disciplines, with clashes flagged and resolved before documentation.

05

Drawing Production & Delivery

GFC drawings are extracted from the model and issued with a full drawing register, schedule pack, and model files in agreed formats.
