Our 3D BIM Modelling service delivers accurate, information-rich models built specifically to your project's LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plan. Every model is built with coordination in mind — structured so it can be federated, interrogated, and built from.
We work across all major disciplines — Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil — and can model from 2D drawings, PDFs, point cloud scans, or take over and enhance an existing model. Our team is fluent in Autodesk Revit and follows ISO 19650 data management principles throughout.
Every model goes through rigorous internal QA checks before handover, so you receive a clean, compliant, and construction-ready deliverable every time.

Modelling & Quality Checks
Our team builds the model discipline by discipline, running internal QA checks at every stage before handover.
Coordination & Review
Models are federated and reviewed against all disciplines. Clashes and conflicts are flagged and resolved iteratively.
Delivery
Final models are issued in agreed formats (RVT, IFC, NWC) with a delivery report and all associated documentation.
